1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Bonita Travel & Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”), a travel agency based at Suite No 7A, Mezzanine Floor, Mushtaq Mansion, A.K. Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan. By using our services — including airline ticketing, visa consultancy, tour packages, Umrah/Hajj travel and travel consultancy — you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

• All quotes are based on availability at the time of quoting. Airline fares and hotel rates can change until your booking is confirmed and paid.
• Nothing is booked until payment is received and we confirm in writing (WhatsApp or email).
• Prices are communicated clearly before payment. There are no hidden charges.

3. Airline Tickets

• Tickets are issued as per airline fare rules. Date changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the airline’s policy for your fare class — we explain these rules before ticketing.
• Please ensure the passenger name matches the passport/CNIC exactly. Name-correction charges, if any, are the passenger’s responsibility.
• Flight schedules are set by airlines and may change. We inform you of any schedule changes shared with us by the airline.

4. Visa Consultancy

• We provide consultancy and file-preparation services. No one can guarantee a visa approval — the decision always rests with the embassy or consulate.
• Our consultancy fee covers professional time and expertise. Embassy/consulate fees, biometrics fees and courier charges are separate and non-refundable.
• You are responsible for providing genuine documents and truthful information. We do not prepare or submit false documents under any circumstances.

5. Tours & Holiday Packages

• Package inclusions and exclusions are confirmed in writing with your quote.
• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or operational reasons. Where possible, we arrange suitable alternatives.
• Cancellation terms for each package are shared in writing before booking.

6. Umrah & Hajj Travel

• Umrah and Hajj travel is subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Pakistan, which may change. We guide you according to the current rules at the time of travel.
• Package details — hotels, transport and inclusions — are confirmed in writing before payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies, transporters). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by these third parties, nor for force-majeure events. Our liability is limited to the service fee charged by us.
