Sikh Pilgrimage Tours in Pakistan (Sikh Yatra)

Pakistan is home to some of the holiest sites in Sikhism — the birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the gurdwara where he spent his final years, and the shrine bearing his handprint. Bonita Travel & Tours organizes complete Sikh Yatra packages from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide: Pakistan visa guidance, invitation letters, comfortable hotels, private AC transport, Punjabi/English-speaking guides, and langar meals at the gurdwaras.

Sacred Gurdwaras Covered in Our Yatra

Gurdwara Janam Asthan — Nankana Sahib

The birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism. The spiritual heart of every Sikh Yatra to Pakistan.

Gurdwara Darbar Sahib — Kartarpur

Where Guru Nanak Dev Ji spent the final years of his life. Reached via the Kartarpur Corridor (visa-free for eligible Indian pilgrims) or as part of the full Yatra route.

Gurdwara Panja Sahib — Hasan Abdal

Revered as the site of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s handprint on the rock. One of the most visited Sikh shrines in Pakistan.

Gurdwara Dera Sahib — Lahore

A sacred Lahore site associated with Guru Arjan Dev Ji, beside the Lahore Fort and the Samadhi of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

More Historic Sites

Gurdwara Rori Sahib (Eminabad), Gurdwara Sacha Sauda (Farooqabad), and other shrines added on request. The gurdwaras are maintained by the Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (PSGPC).

Kartarpur Corridor — Visa-Free Pilgrimage (Complete Guide)

The Kartarpur Corridor connects Dera Baba Nanak (Gurdaspur, India) with Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur, Pakistan — the shrine established by Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Key facts for pilgrims:

  • Visa-free travel — Indian pilgrims of all faiths and persons of Indian origin can use the corridor
  • Documents: valid passport required; OCI cardholders must carry their OCI card with their country’s passport
  • Timings: open dawn to dusk; pilgrims must return the same day (no overnight stay)
  • Capacity: up to 5,000 pilgrims per day
  • Service fee: USD 20 per person
  • Registration: register online in advance; pilgrim lists are shared 10 days ahead and confirmations with Electronic Travel Authorization are issued a few days before travel
  • Agreement extended until October 2029, ensuring continued access

Important: the corridor covers the Kartarpur day visit only. The wider Yatra — Nankana Sahib, Panja Sahib, Lahore — requires a Pakistan visa, which we help arrange.
