Tour Details

Day 1: 

  • Meet & Greet at Lahore Airport
  • Transfer to the hotel
  • After some relaxation proceed to visit Lahore Museum (opened in 1894)
  • Resume your visit to the Haveli (Mansion) of “Nau Nehal Singh” (residence of Prince of Sikh Empire) built in around 1830, he haveli is considered to be one of the finest examples of Sikh architecture in Lahore
  • Visit Wazir Khan Mosque, the 17th century Mughal’s era Mosque is on the  UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List
  • Visit nearby Shahi Hammam (The Royal Bath) built in 1635.
  • Evening proceed to famous fort road food street
  • Night at Lahore

Day 2:

  • After breakfast proceed to visit Lahore Fort, The foundations of the Lahore Fort date to 1566 during the reign of Mughal Emperor Akbar,
  • Inside Lahore fort visit Sheesh Mahal (The Palace of Mirrors) and Sikh Museum
  • Visit Badshahi (Royal) Mosque and Minar e Pakistan (Land Mark of Lahore)
  • After noon drive to Mughal era Shalamar Garden ( were inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site )
  • Evening proceed to Wagah (Pak-India Border) and experience the fascinating flag Lowering ceremony and Parade of Pakistan Ranger’s and BSF India.
  • Evening Back to hotel for night stay 

 

Day 3: 

  • Early breakfast
  • Start drive for Islamabad via M-2
  • On the way exit from Kalar Kahar interchange and proceed to visit Khewra Salt Mines (the world second largest pink salt mines)
  • After salt mines visit if time permits proceed to visit Katas Raj Temples (the ancient times Hindu’s temples)
  • start drive back for Islamabad
  • Arrived Islamabad and transfer to the hotel for night stay

 

Day 4:

  • After breakfast Depart for Fizaghat, Mingora (Swat Valley) through Motorway M-1/Swat Express Way (4hrs 30min/241km)
  • Drive through Barikot, Rahimabad & Amankot
  • Arrives Fizaghat and transfer to Hotel
  • After some rest proceed to visit Marghuzar White Palace Hotel (25min/13km)
  • Night stay at Fizaghat Hotel  

 

Day 5:

  • Breakfast
  • Depart for Kalam 2070m above sea level (100km-4hrs15min), situated on a small fertile plateau above the Swat River. In Kalam, the Usho and Utrot river flow jointly and later become together as the Swat River.
  • Drive through Manglor, Khawazakhela, Kalakot
  • En-route visit Madiyan-Chalyana Trout Fishing Farm-
  • Stopover at Bahrain
  • Arrives Kalam and transfer to Hotel for night stay

 

Day 6:

  • Breakfast, proceed to visit upper Swat by 4wd Jeep/Prado
  • Visit Kalam Dense Forest & Explore Nearby Kalam Valley (full day excursion)
  • Mahodand Lake, Ushu Forest, Mataltan Waterfall, and much more scenic points
  • From Mataltan, one gets a breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountain Falasiar (19145ft) and a unknow peak (20,000ft). 
  • Evening back to Kalam for night stay 

 

Day 7:

  • Early Breakfast
  • Start drive back to Islamabad (330km-7hrs)
  • Late evening arrives Islamabad and check-in hotel for night stay

 

Day 8:

  • Free time for own activities
  • If time permits, proceed for the Islamabad city tour
  • Visit Faisal Mosque, Lok Virsa Museum, Pakistan Monument and Shakarparian Hill Park
  • Drop at the Islamabad airport for flight back to the home….
