ITINERARY

Day 01

• Early Morning Meet & Greet at Islamabad
• Depart for Swat Valley through Motorway M-1/Swat Expressway
• Arrives Saidu Sharif and transfer to Hotel
• After some rest proceed to visit Marghazar White Palace
• Night stay at Serena Saidu Sharif

Day 02

• Breakfast
• Depart for Malamjabba (2hrs/48km) winter skiing resort in the Karakoram mountains range has 800m long skiing slope with the highest point of the slope is 9200ft above sea level. 
• Drive through, Manglor
• Explore the nearby valley and enjoy Zipline and Chairlift Ride 
• Night stay at PC Hotel, Malamjabba 

Day 03

• Breakfast
• Depart for Kalam 2070m above sea level (100km-4hrs15min), situated on a small fertile plateau above the Swat River. In Kalam, the Usho and Utrot river flow jointly and later become together as the Swat River
• En-route visit Madiyan-Chalyana Trout Fishing Farm-Bahrain
• Arrives Kalam and transfer to Walnut Resort for a night stay

Day 04

• Breakfast
• Proceed to visit Upper Swat by 4wd jeeps
• Visit Mahodand Lake-Mataltan Water Fall-Glacier and Dense Forest (Full Day Excursion)
• From Mataltan, one gets a breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountain Falaksiar (19145ft) and a unknown peak (20,000ft)
• Evening back to Walnut Resort Kalam for night stay

Day 05

• Breakfast
• Start drive to visit Miandam (Full day excursion)
• Drive back towards Saidu Sharif via the same route
• Arrives Saidu Sharif and Transfer to Serena Hotel for Night stay

Day 06

• Breakfast
• Proceed to visit Mingora City and Bazaar for Shopping etc
• Afternoon drive back to Islamabad via Swat Expressway/Motorway

Arrives Islamabad and drop at designated place 

IMPORTANT NOTE

• In case of any change in the tour plan, result in the change of cost and will be reflected in the invoice accordingly.
• ¾ hours +/- can be experienced during traveling in hilly areas due to any reason
• Hotels standard check-in time 14:00hrs & check out time 12:00hrs, late checkout will be extended till 14:00hrs, after that time 50% of the room rent will be charged till 18:00hrs, the full night will be charged after 18:00hrs accordingly
• Accommodation & vehicles are booked after confirmation only and the rates are subject to availability.
• In peak season, due to unforeseen circumstances, the accommodation(s) & vehicle(s) may differ from booked/mentioned below, however, equivalent arrangements be made.
• Late confirmation, can be subject to changes & revisions in the quote and plan.
• The price will change, in case of changes to the quotation itinerary.
• Fuel price is taken at the latest rate, any change by Gov’t or change in scheduled route will be adjusted, after the final quote or during the journey.
• Unutilized services or inclusions are not refundable.
• The driver’s decision shall be final in case of any situation on the roads. Driver is trained to drive in the hilly areas and shall not drive after sunset for safety reasons.

It is advised, that one person is appointed as the Tour Leader amongst the participants, so, any matter where there are differences in the decision, the Tour Leader & the driver shall mutually agree or the driver shall make the final decision.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% advance payment basis
• Remaining 50% payment to be clear one week before departure
• Cancellation not intimated at least 72hrs before departure are to be charged 75% of the quoted package
• 4 – 7 days before departure 50% of the confirmed package
• 7 days and more, before departure 25% of the confirmed package
• The refund shall be processed within 07 working days of the written intimation to Rehman Travels
• Refund outside the country is subject to State Bank regulation and charges
