Welcome to Bonita Travel Agency. By booking travel services with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.

Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date. Failure to make full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon.

Changes and Cancellations

Client-Initiated Changes: If you need to make changes to your booking, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Cancellations by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 20% of the total cost.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.

Agency-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant changes are necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative options or a full refund.

Travel Documentation

Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any required visas. Bonita Travel Agency is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.

Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for meeting any health requirements, including vaccinations, for their destination. Please consult your doctor and check relevant health advisories.

Insurance

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

Liability

Agency Liability: Bonita Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines and hotels). We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the actions of these service providers.

Client Liability: Clients are responsible for their actions and any damage or loss caused to the property of service providers.

Complaints

Resolution of Complaints: If you have a complaint during your trip, please get in touch with us immediately so we can address the issue. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the end of the trip.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.

Privacy Policy

Client Information: We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent except as necessary to provide our services.
