Tour Details

Day 01 Islamabad – Dir – Chitral (430 kms/11-12hrs)

• We will make an early departure from a designated spot in Islamabad for Dir at the foot of Lowari Pass, preferably we drive through Swat Express Way (Motorway).

• Winding over the Lowari Mountain is an interesting and rewarding experience.

• Lowari tunnel is an alternative of Lowari pass but it’s operational for the limited time of the day only.

• On the other side of the mountain, we again find asphalt road and arrive in Chitral in the evening Night @ Pamir Inn or similar, Chitral Town

Day 02 Chitral – Excursion Garam Chashma (100kms/4hrs)

• Chitral Town is dominated by the view of distant Tirich Mir, the highest peak of the Hindu Kush range of mountains.

• River Chitral is flowing through the town and offers superb views for photography.

• After breakfast we will leave for Garam Chasma, a sub valley of Chitral, famous for its Sulphur Springs and Trout fish.

• After spending some time in the valley we head back to the hotel in Chitral for a night stay Night @ Pamir Inn or similar, Chitral Town

Day 03 Chitral – Birir (Kalash Valley) (30 kms/2.5hrs)

? After spending some time in Chitral we will leave for Kalash Valley and check in to the hotel at Ayun Valley

? After some rest proceed to Birir Kalash Valley

? Today we will enjoy the Kalasha Phool Festival for the whole day Night @ Ayun Fort Inn or similar, Ayun Valley

Day 04 Bamburet –Rambur

• Proceed to the main Kalash valley Bamburet

• Participants will get a free day to get relaxed and enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley

• We will also visit the Kalasha graveyard, it will be an interesting addition. Participants can meet and interact with community members, teachers, and local kids in their traditional dresses.

• Kalash is an exotic feature of the region, these tribes are contrasting to the rest of the country

• Their culture, religion, customs, and habitat is unique and interesting

• An optional trip to Rambur, another typical Kalash village Night @ Ayun Fort Inn or similar, Ayun Valley

Day 05 Ayun – Islamabad (440kms/ 10-11hrs)

? We will leave early morning from Ayun for a long drive back to Islamabad.

?Participants will be dropped at the designated spot in Islamabad.

Kalash, a picturesque region in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, is celebrated for its stunning landscapes and beautiful culture. The Kalash valley is located in the Hindu Kush mountains, it boasts lush valleys, breathtaking waterfalls, and unique architecture that reflects the rich heritage of the Kalash people. This area is also renowned for its colorful festivals, where traditional music and dance bring the community together in celebration. Important Note

• In case of any change in the tour plan, result in the change of cost and will be reflected in the invoice accordingly.

• ¾ hours +/- can be experienced during traveling in hilly areas due to any reason

• Hotels standard check-in time 14:00hrs & check out time 12:00hrs, late checkout will be extended till 14:00hrs, after that time 50% of the room rent will be charged till 18:00hrs, the full night will be charged after 18:00hrs accordingly

• Accommodation & vehicles are booked after confirmation only and the rates are subject to availability.

• In peak season, due to unforeseen circumstances, the accommodation/s & vehicle/s may differ from booked/mentioned below, however, equivalent arrangements be made.

• Late confirmation can be subject to changes & revisions in the quote and plan.

• The price will change, in case of changes to the quotation itinerary.

• Fuel price is taken at the latest rate, any change by Gov’t or change in scheduled route will be adjusted, after the final quote or during the journey.

• Unutilized services or inclusions are not refundable.

• The driver’s decision shall be final in case of any situation on the roads. He is trained to drive in the hilly areas and shall not drive after sunset for safety reasons.

• It is advised, that one person is appointed as the Tour Leader amongst the PAX, so, any matter where there are differences in the decision, the Tour Leader & the driver shall mutually agree or the driver shall make the final decision.
